This app ONLY works with an installation of iVivaCloud.
The App needs to be registered with iVIvaCloud installation by entering “Domain ID”, “User ID” and “Registration Code” supplied by the System Administrator of your iVivaCloud installation.
Description: The purpose of this app is to take a headcount during an emergency evacuation or a drill.
Based on the credentials entered during app registration, the app will choose its operating mode: (a) Operator Mode, or (b) Normal Mode.
Normal Mode allows each registered user of iVivaCloud to ‘count themselves’ as safely arrived at a designated meeting point during an emergency evacuation.
It also allows users to send a message to the Operator/s.
Self-accounting option is only available while evacuation is in progress.
Operator Mode allows an Operator to record each staff member who has arrived at the designated meeting point.
A staff member can be identified by entering his or her Card ID or by scanning the QR Code printed on their identity card.
As each staff member is counted, app shows a countdown indicating a list of staff members ‘unaccounted for’ according to the day’s attendance records in the Access Card system of the building.
App allows them to click-and-call missing staff members, if necessary.
In Operator Mode, the app periodically synchronizes its data with other Operators using the same app, thereby providing a single count list to every Operator.
